We, at Detzner Systemtechnik GmbH, are specialists for the inventory of fixed assets. With our own inventory software (Parsec) and all related services (including inventory implementation), we have established ourselves on the market and we have many years of experience in the asset inventory segment.
Our core competency
Our core competence is focused on our specially developed barcode inventory software, Parsec. This software is continuously being further developed by us, as well as tailored to the specific needs of our customers. We provide telephone support, or we maintain your system on site.
With our Parsec as inventory software, we service to companies in all sectors, municipalities, and research institutes. Since 1996, we have successfully installed over 300 systems. On request, we provide you with reference customers in your region who successfully use the Parsec as inventory software.
Our customers
We support our customers with everything from process consulting to the selection of system components, to the system integration of the inventory software. If required, our experienced personnel can also support you with the actual execution of the inventory. In addition, we provide the necessary documents for the procedure of the inventory with Parsec, like handling and bonding instructions for the labeling.
From the planning of the programming to the installation, commissioning, and training of our inventory software, Parsec, our customers are being attended to by motivated engineers and technicians. Thus, we ensure a solution-oriented implementation of the project-specific task. Additionally, we are able to quickly and with flexibility adapt our inventory software (Parsec, INVENTIRE, Vadis) to the requirements of the customer and their organizational procedures.
